On Fridays I usually post workout fashion or things I'm loving lately. I have a few summer obsessions and new food products I picked up from the ladies in my weight loss group so I decided to share some of those here today! First up, ice coffee! Am I the only one opting for ice coffee over regular this summer? I seriously drank two big tumblers a day when I was in Florida! Aaron thought I was crazy. But, to be honest, it was the most refreshing drink to have on the beach! My tumblr kept the ice cold and all I had to do was mix in a little almond milk for creaminess... Mmm. I'd love some ice coffee right now!
I should admit I've been really bad about stopping at Starbucks for ice coffee, too. I usually get a venti americano with room and add a little half and half. It's only $3, which is cheaper than most Starbucks drinks but I'd love to just make it at home. However, we have a Kureig (not a traditional coffee maker) so I have no idea how! Maybe I need to pickup a cheap coffee maker from Goodwill!
Now... what to munch on with my ice coffee: Snap Pea Crisps!
Alright so, warning: these are addicting!
The first flavor I tried was Wasabi Ranch. They were at an airport convenience store for $5, but I was starving and since it was the healthiest option available, I went with them. The flavor was a little weird at first and I wasn't sure I liked it, but I quickly acquired the taste! It didn't take me long to finish the entire bag! :) I was relieved to find the same crisps at Whole Foods this week for just $2! I tried the Lightly Salted this time and didn't think they were as good, but they weren't bad either! They're great for munching!
Next up is another new kind of chip: Beanitos! These are so delicious, OMG! They are dangerously good! I have to portion out a single serving size to keep myself from eating a whole bag! And so far, I've only tried the Chipolte BBQ flavor. I imagine the white cheddar puffs are delish!
I'm also loving Kill Cliff! Kill Cliff is a recovery drink that is supposed to provide a lot of vitamins, enzymes, plant extracts, and electrolytes. I just tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and it's really good! My favorite flavor is Tasty. Although it's not something I plan to drink after every workout, I think it makes for an occasional post-WOD treat!

I've had to make some really tough decisions with regard to my day job and it's been stressful! I find myself worrying about the rest of my life, which is completely crazy and exhausting. This quote really resonate with me when I saw it! It's such a simple, yet profound outlook. It really simplifies everything. Is it good? Add it. If not, let it go.
