Four Fit Ways to Start Your Wedding Day

It's almost been a year since my wedding day, which is very hard to believe! Thinking back, there are few things I would change, but I do remember the craziness that ensued that morning with hair, makeup, and the fuss of the bridesmaids and family gathering around! It was a lovely morning but to be honest, I didn't put too much thought into how it'd go. I knew there was a timeline to keep, but I didn't do anything for my health! For my sanity! Here are some ideas for ways you can start your day with a little more intention:

Fit-Morning

1. Drink Water: I always want coffee first thing in the morning, but know what's better? Water! 4. Write in your journal. I am so thankful that I took a few minutes to write a post for Weddingbee the morning of my wedding. Whenever I read it, I go right back there! I can remember the butterflies in my stomach and even the tears I shed reading the post to my bridesmaids.
