I've been in a workout funk lately. I went to CrossFit Monday and Tuesday, but skipped Wednesday and Thursday. My poor mood is a sure sign I need to get back to it ASAP, but sometimes, like today, I still feel the fear and don't want to go!
The reason? Today's WOD (workout of the day) includes rope climbs and pull-ups, both of which I suck at! I know the only way to get better is to do them more often, but part of me wants to avoid them altogether! So, in the spirit of facing the fear and doing it anyway, I'm channeling this Blogilates motivational tank with the phrase beastmode on it! Even though I know I'm a far ways from beastmode, I can do my very best and give it my all; I can at least go and try, which is exactly what I plan to do today! What about you?
