inspiring brides to be well during wedding planning!
The idea for this blog was born out of my love for weddings, fitness, writing and a life-long struggle with weight loss.
I started Fit for a Bride because I wanted to create a place online where women like me, in the midst of a life milestone, such as marriage, could celebrate the change of healthier living.
Inundated with wedding decor blogs as a bride, I sought to create a community of woman who would look past the florals, color schemes and wedding songs, and focus on self-care for a healthier ever after.
It started with my own story, but has evolved into so much more since then. I’m truly honored to get to feature fit couples who not only put health and wellness first in their lives and relationships, but go outside the box by incorporating their shared passion in their wedding and engagement photos.
Fit for a Bride also has a budding e-commerce shop with e-books and fun tank tops!
I'm really glad you stopped by. Whether you're new to wellness or fitness is your life, I hope you find the stories and content here helpful and inspiring.
